I went on a bike ride today and clicked the bike button on my Charge 5 when I started. Afterward, after my phone synced to my device, I got a distance but not the map I usually get. I'm not sure why. The distance is also possibly shorter than what I went so it's possible the GPS stopped working part way though. GPS is set to dynamic if it matters. Phone cellular data was turned on the whole time but it's possible I went out of cell reception briefly. I thought that the built-in GPS would still be able to track my ride though. Thanks.

Hello, @CharRev Welcome to the community!
Thanks for sharing your situation with the map in your bike training. I am sorry about this situation, this is regarding the GPS, my best recommendation would be to double check the GPS has connected prior starting your bike training, this is to make sure you will actually get the correct distance and the map.
Some other things may affect the GPS, for example, if you are in a place where there are several buildings, this will impact the GPS data, so it may disconnect. I recommend you checking the troubleshooting steps listed in this article for future reference.
Thanks for your efforts!
