Measurement of HRV

I am interested in measuring sleep metrics and heart rate variability.  The Inspire 3 and Charge 5 appear to measure this data, but I can't tell if you can access it without a Premium membership.  The specifications pages state that the watches measure this information, but I am clear if you can access it without a Premium membership.  Premium membership is not that interesting to me, just don't want to pay $10/month for years to get this functionality.  Can anyone clarify if HRV is available on these trackers without a membership?

Good news, you don't need a Premium subscription to see your HRV.  Click here to get more information about: Health Metrics in Fitbit app 

The above link also lists all the Fitbit devices that track HRV.

That seems pretty clear.  Both Charge 5 and Inspire 3 record this data.
