Metal on back of charge 5 has come off

The metal on the back of my charge 5 has come off and while I have put it back on now there are the following issues:

1. Charge 5 frequently is dead regardless of amount of charge

2. Charge 5 turns off randomly 

3. Charge 5 charging is erratic and unreliable.

I am based in Indonesia is there any way of getting it fixed here? I’m told there is no service centre.

Since the main cause of the issues was physical damage I'd suggest you contact our customer support. Fill out the form. You will then be recommended some help articles. After that, you will be able to choose how to contact support.
