The metal on the back of my charge 5 has come off and while I have put it back on now there are the following issues:
1. Charge 5 frequently is dead regardless of amount of charge
2. Charge 5 turns off randomly
3. Charge 5 charging is erratic and unreliable.
I am based in Indonesia is there any way of getting it fixed here? I’m told there is no service centre.
