Microsoft Teams "Phone" Notifications Not Coming Through

Microsoft Teams "Chat" notifications are coming through on the the Charge 5, but not Microsoft Teams "Phone" notifications. We have already enabled notifications from "com-microsoft-skype-teams". If a call is missed, a generic "Missed Call" notification is displayed, but not when a call is coming in. Please advise.
