I do not like most of the mindfulness/meditation practices provided by the app. I love how the details of the change in heart rate and being able to log my stress level when it is over. I am more comfortable with my own practices that I have fine tuned to my personal needs, it is disappointing to not be able to log them manually. I feel like I am being told my personal mindfulness sessions are not good enough for Fitbit to acknowledge. Please add the ability to manually log my personal mindfulness sessions.

As you mentioned earlier, this would be a helpful implementation for many users. If you haven't done so already, I would recommend that you vote for this idea posted in the Product Feedback board of the Community, since this section is regularly monitored by the team of developers: Able to manually log mindfulness sessions in Mindfulness tile.
