Hi,

 

I bought my fitbit charge 5 a few days ago and I'm still learning how to use it. I wanted to try doing an EDA scan and followed some youtube tutorials online. But, in my case the EDA app just doesn't exist on my charge 5? Did anyone else have this issue? Am I just missing something? I scrolled up, down, left and right and couldn't find an EDA app.

Hi, @lydrix if you do not see the EDA app (looks like an open palm icon) on your Charge 5, please go to the app gallery on your app and download it from there.  From the opening, Today, screen click on the person icon/photo top left to go to the Account screen.  On the Account screen tap on your Charge 5, and then on Gallery.  In Gallery choose apps, where you will find a full list.  Select EDA scan and download it.  Be sure to sync your Fitbit!
