Missing big chunks of sleep

For the last two nights my charge 5 has been missing a lot of my sleep.  For example, last night I got up to use the bathroom around 2:30am.  My charge thinks I didn't ever go back to sleep (trust me, I slept another 4+ hours.)  Since Fitness readiness keys off of sleep, this is annoying.

 

Any fix ideas?

Did you get sleep stages for the bit it did record?

 

You can go into the App on your phone and edit your sleep record to reflect the real wake up time.

 

Tap on the sleep record, tap the 3 dots at the top right corner of the screen and choose Edit Log, you can then alter the end time.  You may not get sleep stages for that part though.

 

Another thing to check is your sensitivity setting.  Is it set to Normal or Sensitive?  If it’s sensitive, it might be an idea to switch it to normal.  To check/change tap the cog icon at the top right corner of the screen (in the sleep log area) and check Seep Sensitivity.  Tap Done when you’re finished.
