Charge 5 - Missing data from June 2025

After finally figuring out how to do a report to find historical data, I searched the dates that I needed and it does not include the dates I am looking for.  I tried with a specific date range and then the entire month and the specific dates are not there?  I really need the dates that I am asking, I know that I was in fact wearing my charge 5, on the dates in question.  How do I reach out for support to look into the specific dates for me?

Out of curiosity, do you see data in the Fitbit app for the date range you're looking for?
