I have muscle some wasting exactly under where I wear my Fitbit, I’m not sure what can be done about it and I’ve used Fitbit for years. Is there something I can do to stop the muscle wasting so I can still use the Fitbit? Or just discontinue use? I stopped wearing the Fitbit. Have for a few months and kept working out but my wrist still looks weird and bony and like there is a dent.

Welcome to the Fitbit community, @pnwcc!
Sad to hear that you're having an issue wearing your Charge 5.
From what you've mentioned, my first advice is talking about that with your doctor to check for any health problems that might be causing that.
Furthermore I'd suggest having a closer look here for suggestions how to wear your device comfortably:
Fitbit Product Care - Ware and Care
Also you could switch wearing your Charge 5 on your other wrist from time to time. Please don't forget to set, on which wrist you're wearing your device as described under 'How do I change the wrist setting on my Fitbit device?' following this link:

I’m having the same issue with my wrist, but I have a different Fitbit (inspire hr). It’s definitely not too tight either. Please let me know if you get any answers about this 🙏
