Bingo, that was it, couldn't communicate live data through Bluetooth to both at the same time👍

Is your Charge 5 connected to both phones?  Maybe can't really be bluetooth connected to both, and just showing old stored RHR on one.

Before posting, re-read to see if it would make sense to someone else not looking at your Fitbit or phone.

Perhaps, but all of the other data transfers to both simultaneously? .... I'll give it a try and see what happens.

After thinking about it some more, realized I've seen other cases like this, but not with 2 phones; generally people with one phone, then logged into same fitbit account on a laptop, or any computer, and accessed data.  But I think it is actually getting the data, not from your Fitbit, but from the main Fitbit database, therefore I would expect data would not be totally up-to-date until connected phone does a true sync to Fitbit database.  Just as I assume somebody at another location could log into your fitbit account if you gave them your fitbit ID/email and password  and look at you data, though I have never tried it.

If your android is updated it messed up all of zflip and zfold. Perhaps it affected those to. Go to your watch under settings hit reset. Pair it again.if it doesn't pair it's a fitt bitt issue needing a software or firmware update

All good, it was the fact I had it Bluetooth connected to an iPhone XS and my android at the same time.... Once I unpaired it from the iPhone the adroid now shows live heart rate!
