My Charge 5: Black screen and won’t charge

I’m back to using my Charge 4 because the Charge 5 (that I bought in early May and used for 5 weeks is completely dead. Tried ALL the resets, uninstall, reinstall nothing.  Couldn’t try changing the clock faces because the tracker doesn’t even charge.  I need to call support.  Why they couldn’t perfect the charge 4 instead of shoving the 5 onto us with that crazy magnetic charging cable!

Just get a replacement. Moderators cant help you. I got a replacement for exact same thing.

Long term fitbit user since Flex. Some behaviors are rude.
