My Charge 5 Refund - (I not receive refund under account)

Today, i send the remind start 6 week (we are agree remaining one week refund deadline), but now not receive refund under Payoneer account to your email handle account, after will receive close my fund case email.

Please under this post under 24hour respond "Why not complete my refund case will close?"

Very angry email response

Hi, @DennisHOR, you need to contact Customer Support with whom you have this agreement. This is a help community, while most of us are volunteer contributors there are moderators.

Sorry. @Gr4ndp4 you are not understand my refund problem! And it request post problem to community is by Fitbit Close my case email.

First, i ready by before 6 week is completed apply refund charge 5 problem in Hong Kong.

Second, by Fitbit Support instruction same day created Claim Account.

Last, No refund received, I call back refund email, refund email will sent back my case is Closed.

online claim form - Submitted 6 weeks ago and verified by Fitbit staff for submission processing.

Support informed me that you contacted them today and your case is being worked on. 
Just keep in mind, that some transactions might take 3-6 weeks to be completed.

@JuanFitbit What are you talk about?? I already wait 7 week is not any refund! Tomorrow will start from 8 week, before Monday i recall Fitbit CS, but ask me wait more 1 week, but i same not receive any refund. You ask me wait more 3-6 weeks?? What do you want to express? No repairs, no refunds during the maintenance period

I don't have access into your case to see how long it has been since you talked with Support about the refund. 
As you mentioned on your previous post it has been 6 weeks since then. Assuming that this is the case, just wanted to remind you that were still on the approximate time frame provided by Support. 

You mentioned that you are located in Hong Kong, right. I assume that you are using Payonner for the refund, correct?

Did you already try to contact Payonner for any information about the refund?

Same happened to me. Now in the eighth week and Fitbit seemed to have just stopped even replying to my emails

I already before contacted Payonner, Payonner confirmed account  is link of Google device case for refund, but no any Deposit.
