My Charge 5 band kept falling off

My band kept falling off and when I tried to put it back on the last time the little plastic thing broke off.  Is there anything I can do.  I did just get this charge five as a replacement for my broken one

Since this is related to a hardware problem or product damage, it would be necessary to continue the communication with the Customer Support team so they can let you know how to proceed. I've been informed that you already got in touch with them for further assistance and it seems they've provided you with some instructions.
