A few days ago my Charge 5 display changed colour.
It was not as bright as before.
I did not think it was a big deal , but a day later no more display.
So I did restart my Fitbit , and the display came back , but still not as before.
I changed clock face , but stil no bright screen.
The next day no display again , and I was not able to get it back.
It was still conected to my phone , and sending details , but also that stopped a day later.
Now I have a dead charge 5 , so I thought for now go back to my charge 3 for the time being.
And what do you think , also no display.
Tried to reset , but nothing helped 😕
Light is blinking, and it is vibrating, but that's all.
Tried to change clock face , but for that I need to connect it to my phone , so I did try that .
So disconnected my charge 5 frome my phone that was not working anyway, and search with Bluetooth for my Charge 3.
He did find , but I need to give in a code.
But how can I do that when the display is not working.
Now I have nothing I can use.
Is there any way i can connect without having display 😫.
