My Charge 5 fell off my hand due to the broken attachment

My 1.5 year old charge 5 suddenly fell off my hand. The mount seems to be broken off. I haven't changed the strap, so there's no wear and tear from that. Is this a warranty case?

It depends on where you're from.  From what I've heard, countries outside the US have a 2 year limited warranty, wheras the US only has a 1 year limited warranty.
