My Charge 5 has battery short life

My poor Fitbit just can't keep up.  It seems that it will only work for 1 day.  It blanks out, I try to reset it using the 3 pulse reset, Its helps for 1 day.  I made sure its UpToDate yet it doesn't want to work.  I've lost step & sleep data and getting ready to give up.

Today I charged it again, when I plugged it in the watch said 86%.   I'm so lost.

Its 2 years old and maybe that's its life expectancy.

Hello @skw56 

When my Charge 5 had sudden loss of battery, I restarted and recharged it multiple times over several days. This process eventually got my device "unstuck" and the battery went back to lasting 6-7 days. Although there isn't a guarantee that this will work for you, it might be worth a try.

I'm pretty sure it is another way to get issues like this one resolved. I hope this really helps others.
