My Charge 5 has no display. When I tap the screen I get five dots at the bottom, center dot is red.

I lost all screen information. It just simply quit. All I have on the screen when I tap it twice are five dots at the bottom of the screen. The center dot is red. I recharged it to full capacity, but still no info on the screen.

It looks like a full restart is due. To restart the Charge 5:

  1. Connect your device to the charging cable. For instructions, see How do I charge my Fitbit device?
  2. Press the button located on the flat end of the charger 3 times, pausing for 1 second between presses. Then wait 10 seconds or until the Fitbit logo appears.
