My Charge 5 is frozen on the start up screen since new update

My charge 5 is frozen on the start up blue diamond stage.  

I can’t restart it using the 3 button push technique.  It’s totally stopped working all together.  I’ve also tried deleting it off system to reinstall but it won’t link to blue tooth. 

need help!

im so frustrated with Fitbit products these days.  Just junked my aria scale yesterday as it’s been a constant hassle with draining batteries too.  Im losing out in my relationship with Fitbit
