After years of being a loyal Fitbit customer, I bought the Charge 5 for the enhanced wellness functionality and sleep tracking. After months of trying various settings, positions, cleaning sensors, factory resets, etc., my Change 5 will still not perform as intended with sleep tracking. I contacted FitBit Support and the arrogant jerk replied that Fitbit will not stand behind the intended use of their product....when I questioned why.....he replied...."I'm sorry it wasn't the answer you wanted. As I already told you, they are Fitbit policies and I cannot go over them."
Wow. Just wow. Fitbit has really changed since Google bought them. I will not be buying anymore products from Fitbit. Total faceplant.
