My Charge 5 just stopped working!

I have a 3 month old fitbit 5 and it is dead! I cannot get it to come on on giveme any data. I did everything to get it to work, nothing helped!

Similar happened with my Charge5. In just 5 months it died. Connected with help desk and got replacement but again in 5 months new one went dead too. This is a serious issue with charge 5. Now im unable to change clock faces. And surprisingly app chat option to help desk is crashing the application. Already reinstall the application but its still the same.

Ugh! What is happening over there? Really disappointed with the customer service. Sell sell and then to hell with ya!

My charge cord does not have the button. Ive sent pictures of both sides of the charge cord and all other required information but not getting anything. I called to check and was told i would get an email when it ships??? Crickets...
