My Charge 5 not syncing

Replies are disabled for this topic. Start a new one or visit our Help Center.

My Change 5 is not syncing and telling me that batter is critically low. I charged it two days ago-all the way. On the app it’s says I’m fully charged.  Anyone else having this problem or experienced this in the past? What can I do?  Currently charging device to see if that works

Hi, I appreciate all the information that you've shared about the difficulty you're experiencing with your Charge 5, @1_fit_mama.

If you haven't done so already, please try the following steps that have been useful for other users:

  • Force quit the Fitbit app.
  • Turn Bluetooth off and on.
  • Open the Fitbit app and sync again

In addition, I recommend that you try restarting the device using the three pulse restart method:

  1. Connect your device to the charging cable. For instructions, see How do I charge my Fitbit device?
  2. Press the button located on the flat end of the charger 3 times (end of the USB cable), pausing for 1 second between presses. Then wait 10 seconds or until the Fitbit logo appears.

If you're still having any issues, let me know if you already tried all the steps listed here to resolve syncing problems, and make sure to check the compatibility requirements listed here.

Regarding the device telling you that battery is critically low, if the device is not syncing, the battery level will not be properly updated on the Fitbit app. If the Charge 5 is not charging properly, please try the recommendations listed in this article

I'll be around.

Mine got low after 12 hours from a full charge then died. Just won't charge or reset or anything. Only 3 months old too 😫

Hope you get it sorted.
