My Charge 5 only lasted 3 months. WTH?  I didn’t buy a warranty. Any suggestions?

I’m not sure where you are based but I’m Europe there is a standard warranty of 2 years. You do not need to buy separate warranty for that, they should have provided you with a product that works at least that long. I assume that in most countries there will be at least a year warranty. If I were you I would go back to the shop where you bought it and otherwise contact fitbit customer service they will probably ask you to send them the watch after ruling out other solutions. Good luck!

Contact the company and they can hopefully tell you what steps to take

Thanks - I’ll try it. But this being my 4th Fitbit - the company here in the states asks you if you want to purchase a warranty. I never have because the others lasted a reasonable amount of time. But I’m going to try checking in to customer service. Bought my charge 5 from Amazon - so that may cancel out my benefit.

If the fitbit was shipped and SOLD by amazon then it will be covered. If you purchased the fitbit from a third-party seller on amazon then you will probably not be covered.  Most be people don't realize their are third-party sellers on amazon.
