My Charge 5 has stopped responding. I have tried resetting; it vibrates and nothing else. The battery had plenty of charge when it was working last.

I managed to get support via chat. Finally worked after turning phone off and on… forgetting Charge 5 through settings, bluetooth and forget device. Added as new device in Fitbit app then reset using charging cable. This woke the screen back up. However the device’s battery is draining like crazy even whilst on charge, and yes it’s clean on the back where it connects to the charger.
