My Charge 5 stuck on 0% charge

Hi woke up this morning with my Fitbit off. It’s been plugged in for probably about 8 hours now but it’s been stuck on 0% battery. I have already restarted it countless times but still doesn’t gain a charge. Does anyone have a solution?

Sad to hear that you're having an issue with your Charge 5. As you've already tried restarting your device without success, I'd suggest contacting Fitbit support for this is looking like a defective device:
