Thanks for sharing your inquiry about the time format on the Charge 5.

To option to change between a 12 or 24 hour clock format is available on the Fitbit. In order to change it, you can follow these steps:

In the Fitbit app, tap the Today tab > your profile picture > App Settings.
Tap Clock Display Time and choose 24 hour or 12 hour.
Sync your Fitbit device.
