I’m having same issue. Screen is black and won’t re-charge.

Same issue here too. Screen black. Tried pressing the button on the charging wire but did not do anything.

I am having the same issue. It will not charge nor matter what I do, I’ve tried everything in the help manual. It’s only 2 months old.
