Best AnswerI had a similar issue. If it is of any help, I have tried restarting both my phone and my fitbit several times. At first, my fitbit didn't seem to show any issue. Then I tried put it in a charger and noted that the battery went to 7% after the last synchronisation 10 hours earlier. It was at 54% back then. After recharging, the syncing worked again. I also immediatly received the Hawai batch. I bought it around half december 2023, so my device is not very old yet.
