My Charge 5has died will charge I get the diamond sign for Fitbit and nothing else sync on ipad

Charge 5 is unresponsive Takes charge says it is syncing but then is blank.When put on charge diamond logo comes on for a few seconds but nothing else.Paired with my I Pad

The first troubleshooting step to try is to restart your Charge 5 using the charging cable that came with your device. If you would like instructions on how to do this, click on this link: Restart the Charge 5

Another troubleshooting step is to try changing the clock face. If this step works, you can change back to your preferred clock face. For directions, click here: Changing Charge 5 clock face

Give these steps several tries as sometimes it takes more than 1 time for your device to get "unstuck".  

If neither of these steps work, then you should contact Fitbit support (<-- click link)
