Hello, 

 

I am an American user, visit Israel for a few weeks, 

My ECG on my charge 5 was disabled, can you please re-enabled it

Hello @boris.grosman 

 

I'm afraid Israel is not on the list of countries that have allowed the ECG App (follow the link and scroll down to the list of countries), so I imagine they've blocked access while you're in that country.  It will probably start working normally as soon as you leave.

I'm surprised to hear it.  I was wondering if people could load it in a supported country and then return to their unsupported country with it as a workaround, but your post seems to show that's impossible.
