Can someone help please? I have followed the instructions of pressing the button on the flat part of the charger 3 times, I waited the recommended time and followed the instructions perfectly and now my Fitbit5 is stuck on the logo screen is totally unresponsive. I've left it for a few hours and try again, then reconnect it to the charger and it then says the battery is at 4% for example, then that disappears and the logo appears again! I have been trying this for two days without any luck or idea of how to get it working. I am not impressed as I have only bought this about 10 months ago, after my Fitbit4 stopped working after barely a year!

it’s connected to the latest phone os update. I think it took them three days to fix it last time. It’s very frustrating. The least they could do is send out a notice that they are working on it.

Sofie1972 I am have the same issue. It happens at least once a week now for the last 3 weeks. Eventually the home screen comes back. Resetting the device is not working. That is the advice I get from the help desk. Last time I am dealing with this pice of crap. Going to a different tracker. To many issues with this one. The other problem I have often is with the screen overlay. Two different screens showing at the same time. I can't help with a solution other than say throw it away and try another device. That's where I am.

I have the same issue again and again. I bought my Fitbit charge 5 in October 2021 and in juni 2022 have the issue and I have send my charge to Fitbit. I get another one. And now in September 2022 the same issue. I’m sorry but my charge 4 worked better.. and I think charge 5 is not a good line this time. Maybe the charge 6? But I’m thinking about another device like the IWatch.

The product is too unreliable.
mice had mine for four months and an experienced this nonsense problem.
the solution from Fitbit customer services is to send it back which will take 5-7 days the. To receive another another 5-7 days so I could be looking at two weeks before I have a watch and tracking devise.
This is my third Fitbit… I’ve had enough. I’ll probably save and go to apple. I can’t be dealing with the unreliability of Fitbit watches. It’s really annoying.

I’m probably going to do the same. It came on after a week of being stuck on the logo and then on Friday it simply stopped working again. I am furious , because like you, I use for not only the time. And now it won’t even stay on the logo screen but keeps flicking on and off. Such rubbish!

I’m probably going to have to save for a better watch perhaps an Apple Watch. It came on after a week of being stuck on the logo and then on Friday it simply stopped working again.
