My app of my Fitbit Charge 5 is not showing the Sp02 after I slept and use it for two weeks, so worked one day. And in the metric of health only shows 4 of 4, instead of 4 of 5. I am very disappointed with this. someone with the same problem?

Hello @Weslei10
I find the SpO2 reading to be the trickiest one of the 5 Health Metrics that get tracked during sleep. There have been multiple times when I don't get an SpO2 reading even though I'm wearing my Fitbit in the same way every night.
This help page has the recommended troubleshooting steps to try: How do I track SpO2 with my Fitbit (<-- click link). Hopefully, this will help you get your readings.

Hi, RieloC,
I tried it, but it didn’t work. Thank you very much for the tip.

Hello @Weslei10
I'm sorry to see that the tips didn't work for you.
There's one other suggestion to try. Some users have reported that they get sleep data when they wear their Fitbit on the inside of their wrist at night. Maybe this might work for you.
