My charge 5 won't charge anymore. I tried to hit the reset button on the plug for 1 sec 3 times however that didn't work. The fitbit symbol pops on for a second and goes away

Hey there @Kimannejen30, welcome to the Community.

So based on the steps you have done and the situation described, it seems that your device does not have enough battery to stay on. This may be caused by connectivity issues with the charging cable.

Please try cleaning the back of the device and the charging cable following the steps described here

Thanks but the only thing they tried to do was sell me a new fitbit. Let me tell you if this one stopped working after 2 years I will never waste my money only another one. I mean unless you all offer like a 5 year warranty. So I'll just use my old Charge 2 until it breaks and that's it for me and fitbit. After the challenges were taken away there really isn't a point to having an actual fitbit anyway.
