Charge 5 stopped working.
It doesn't show charging indicator while charging.
Having this issue for past 2 weeks (Exactly from the ending date of my 1 year warranty)
Suddenly it started working 2 days back, and now again getting the Black screen. This is exactly 1 year old device.
Got this issue exactly on the date of warranty expiry. Not sure whether this has been purposefully done or not.
There are no service centres.
Support person keeps repeating on 2 steps - Press button 3 times, Change clock face. Nothing much from them as well.
On Pressing the button thrice, am able to restart my fitbit after which am getting a fitbit logo. Nothing much after that.
Phone is not syncing with the device. I don't think this is a screen issue.
Didn't expect this kind of worst service from a premium brand named Google.
I can still suspect that this is a software issue, but there is no one from the support to acknowledge and fix it.

Seems that its edited title making it as Non-understandable.
My fitbit Charge 5 is not working and is only shows Black screen.

The watch started working all of a sudden again for the 2nd time on Thursday 5th Dec
I have updated the watch face.
Again it stopped working today.
Bluetooth is not getting connected to the watch.
If we press the button thrice, we get Fitbit logo. Nothing much after that.
