my Charge 5 Fitbit is stuck on Notifications. It won’t move. I’ve tapped and tapped with no result. Thanks!

Mine was as well I did the restart whilst plugged into the charger cured the problem.

Ever since an update in August mine freezes and I'm on my third one. I won't ever buy another Fitbit!
