My Fitbit charge 5 suddenly stopped working and is showing white cross with a red circle. Tried to recharge it and restart it but no luck. Followed some restart procedure and unpaired it with phone. Tried restarting it again but now it's not getting paired with the phone. Bluetooth is not able to recognize the device.
What can I do to restart it? Any Fitbit customer care no. or email id to ask for support?
