Halfway through my walk this morning my Fitbit Charge 5 seems to have jammed. It recorded my hourly steps up to 11.00 (the first 4 hours for which I record them) and then stopped recording anything - although the clock is still working, and my heart rate is still recording - just not recording my steps! I didn't realise till I stopped for lunch. Since getting home I have rebooted several times - using both methods of rebooting - phone and charging cable - but my Fitbit is still stuck at hour 4 of my steps. Anyone got any suggestions?
