My Fitbit charge 5 has a black screen and is not syncing. Resetting with USB does not work.

My Charge 5 device broke a few weeks ago. Ive tried syncing (doesnt sync) and resetting by pushing the USB button 3 times. Nothing works. 
I am trying to contact customer support but the website sends me to a circular menu.
How do i use my warranty to recieve a new device? Is there any email or phone number to the customer service?

I’ve currently got the same problem. I’m going to contact them via the Facebook page in messenger. You will need copy of your receipt for proof of warranty.

I have this problem too. I hate this device. My charge 2 was so much better. The 5 only estimates my fitness score despite following all the instructions and the fact it doesn’t have an altimeter drives me nuts. Now the screen has gone blank. I’m hoping for a completely different device under warranty. Hope you get through to them too. 
before I managed to contact them by phone through the app but this doesn’t appear to be working?
