Hello @JoanneSue 

Have you tried correcting the start time in the Fitbit app? To do this:

  • Tap on Exercise days tile on the Today page in the Fitbit app
  • Tap on your Outdoor bike workout that you want to fix
  • Tap on the pencil icon in the upper right to open the Edit page
  • Correct the start time and tap on Save

I usually manually start & stop my exercise sessions to make sure the times are correct, rather than rely on my Charge 5 properly detecting my workout.
