My account is set up on my old phone and I want to sign into my account on my new phone but can't.

Are you trying to create an account?  If so, don't; just log into same account.

Otherwise need more information that "can't".  What do you do and what happens?

Before posting, re-read to see if it would make sense to someone else not looking at your Fitbit or phone.
