My activity keeps on getting deleted

my pal keeps on deleting activities!!

 

I have restarted my phone and Fitbit as well as reinstalled the app. Still deletes! I see this in the community thread since 2024. Why is this happening? What use is this device if it keeps on doing this. 😞

My fitbit app.

I chatted with the chat on the fitbit website and was given some advice.
Which was to restart everything. Reset the ap, delete it and relogin.

It seemed to work this time.

What the hell is wrong with the app!?

 

Restarted and deleted the app, restarted the watch and the activity I did keeps on getting deleted?!

If I understand your posts correctly, you're having a problem where your activities are getting deleted in the My Pal app. Is that right? Or is the Fitbit app deleting your activities from My Pal?
