I got it in Amazon prime day. The app ask me upgrade firmware right after the 1st time pair. So I did, then the Charge 5 stuck on installation bar screen forever. It has been a day. Still not movement to the progress bar. reboot the device multiple times. It does not help.

keefo, I know you just bought this on Amazon but you might want to double check the shipping receipt to make sure it says sold by Amazon. I made full write-up review on here about a practice Amazon had doing where they advertise the Fitbit device as "new" and "Sold by Amazon" but when my Charge 5 failed recently, just 7 months into the 1 year warranty, Fitbit said the warranty was void because I bought it from an unauthorized reseller. I thought I had bought it from Amazon since that is what the item said but Amazon then used another supplier. That's supplier's name will be on the receipt.
Per Fitbit, Amazon is a supported and authorized reseller of their products. Per Amazon customer support, they say they have "NEVER" sold Fitbit products directly and the supplier will always be clearly listed.
Since you just bought this, you should be within Amazon's 30 day return policy so act quickly.
