My charge 5 has a total black screen,nothing lit up

But it is charging,  and keeping up with vitals, steps, and all my exercise and sleep vitals as I can see it fine on the fitbit app. But the fitbit itself is just dark. I swam this morning and it was lit up but I got out of the water and it wasn't. Thoughts???

This happened to me too I let battery run diwn and die, then recharged it and it lit up again. however it just went black again and is still tracking which I see on the app

I had this with charger 3 a few years ago. If you have had your fitbit under 2 years contract them through customer services and they will run through some things to try and if it still doesn’t work they will send you a new one. If it over 2 years old then you might get a discount on a new one
