My charge 5 is not syncing with the phone, help!

I have my fitbit for 10 months, as mentioned in the title, it is not syncing even manually click "sync", it would say "sync fail", what should i do?

The thing i try is to check if the fitbit can communicate with phone at all, find out message notification, phone call, are working

@yasser732 Give this a try, please:

  • Log out of the ftibit app, and close the app
  • In the phone's app settings, clear the fitbit cache
  • In the phone's bluetooth settings, forget the fitbit
  • Turn off bluetooth
  • Relaunch the fitbit app and login
  • Turn on bluetooth, but do NOT connect to the fitbit via the bluetooth settings
  • Go back to the fitbit app to connect to the fitbit tracker.
  • If this still doesn't work, it may be necessary to forget the tracker in your app settings, and then reconnect to your Charge 5 as a new device.
