It’s been more than a month that my Charge 5 had an issue, I tried to raise it with Fitbit for a replacement but said “ policy” does not allow.
I tried to charge it again after cleaning and all, and it can synch and show progress in charging, in my iPhone, but the screen is blank.
have any of you had the same issue and can support please.
I got it only in January and would be very sad to loose it.

If your device is syncing, please try to perform a restart, following the steps suggested here.
If the tracker is not showing anything on the screen, please, try to change the clock face.
