I got my charge5 in March of 2022. when charged it use to hold the charge for a week before needing recharged. I charged min this morning at 6am, its 2pm now & the battery is at almost Zero. Its happened several times over the last couple of weeks. Trying to figure out how to fix this or send it back as a warranty item. The website tells me I can return for warranty but haven't found how to return it yet.
The hide the instructions as to how & where very well. Haven't found them yet.

Call the customer service number, they helped me in a matter of minutes and new one was shipped out the same day (mine was under the 1 year warranty)
