My charge 5 quit working at 7 months. Fitbit won’t honor warranty because seller was not authorized. I bought it through Amazon and nowhere does it indicate that warranty is invalid if purchased from this seller. This is my third Fitbit and my last. Anyone have other recommendations?

I certainly cannot speak to if from Fitbit's end;  I think Amazon is a authorized vendor but Amazon also has several third-party vendors who sell through their site that I would not be surprised if do not fall under any Amazon warranty,

Before posting, re-read to see if it would make sense to someone else not looking at your Fitbit or phone.

Hello @Jsaro

I have read posts that confirm Amazon is an authorized Fitbit seller. However, if you got yours from a 3rd party seller who has a storefront on Amazon, that's likely the issue. Your invoice should have the information on who was the actual seller.
