I am spending all my time at home relaxing because I am ill, but my charge 5 is showing 8000 calories and I have no idea what's going on. Can somebody help?

I am 13, walked 3000 steps and have had 2 active zone minutes.

Check if your weight got entered wrong, way too high.

Before posting, re-read to see if it would make sense to someone else not looking at your Fitbit or phone.
