My charge 5 stopped counting stairs.

Until 14th of April he did... why?

What I don't understand is how it used to track stairs when the Charge 5 doesn't have the necessary sensor to be able to track stairs (see comment from Fitbit in https://community.fitbit.com/t5/Charge-5/Altimeter-Floor-Counter-for-Charge-5/td-p/4947437 )

 

Do you have any other fitbits connected to your account other than the Charge 5?
