My charge 5 won’t hold any charge

If I put it on the charge it looks like is charging normally, it goes all the way till 99% but won’t go to 100, and when I take it off the power source it just won’t turn on. If I try to put it to charge again it starts at 1%. Does anyone have this kind of problems

Mine is not even charging anymore and it is 15 months old.

My original charge 5 quit charging after about 6 months, got a replacement under warranty, that one quit 3 weeks out of warranty.  It has no display and wont hold a charge.  This is the worst charge I have purchased.    They appear to have serious quality issues with the charge

My Charge 5 wouldn't hold a charge and died after 14 months. Worst fitbit I have ever owned in many years. It had other problems before it died.  I called support and they sent me a discount code for 35% off a new fitbit. I bought another charge 5 and also purchased the 2 year warranty.

Curious, did they replace the replacement?

I just received the first replacement at 35% off. Working fine so far.

I am having the exact same issue. I received a replacement last July for no display and inability to hold a charge, and my replacement is already doing the exact same thing. I lost my display a few days ago, it started losing its charge yesterday, and now it will not work at all. I am so disappointed.

I did.  It is out of the 1 year warranty...it is 15 months old, it is terrible.  They offered me 35% off.  I am not sure if I should purchase another.
