Sent mine on to be replaced because 100 % charge only last one hour…. Was told 5 days after receiving they would send me a new one. I have called customer service 3 times as this is day 15 and they cannot give me any date yet because they have a lot of orders they are processing. Probably new orders and new money…. I paid already and have a premium account… asked for a credit till I receive it and was told I could close the account and re open when I ever do get it! Crazy, next call will be for a refund!
